The commercial terms governing purchases, orders, pricing, shipping, returns, product use, and customer responsibilities.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through ainorello.com from Wuhan Xiaobing Yuedong Technology Co., Ltd., operating under the Ainorello™ brand. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Customer Responsibilities
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. You may not use another person’s payment method without authorization or submit an order for unlawful resale, fraud, or prohibited activity.
Descriptions and Verified Specifications
We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, weight, and materials accurately. Screens and production batches can cause reasonable variations. Only specifications stated on the product page and supported by verified information should be relied upon. Product imagery does not create unstated claims about waterproofing, load capacity, temperature limits, certification, or professional suitability.
Prices, Taxes, and Errors
Prices and applicable charges are displayed at checkout and may change before an order is submitted. If a material pricing, inventory, or product-information error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected transaction as permitted by law.
Acceptance, Limits, and Cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may reasonably limit quantities, request verification, reject an unlawful or fraudulent order, or cancel an order affected by inventory, destination, pricing, or payment issues. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Authorization and Screening
You authorize the payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention and account security. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
After payment confirmation, orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days. Standard U.S. transit is normally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, address issues, and events outside reasonable control. The Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Eligibility, condition rules, exceptions, and instructions are described in the Return & Refund Policy.
Warnings and Suitability
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. Customers must inspect equipment before each use, follow instructions and warnings, use compatible gear, account for weather and terrain, and obtain appropriate training for technical activities. Stoves and flame-producing equipment require suitable ventilation, clearance, supervision, and lawful use. Shelter, snow, hiking, and climbing equipment must not be used beyond stated specifications.
Mandatory Rights and Disclaimers
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided subject to the descriptions and express commitments stated at purchase, without additional implied promises beyond applicable law.
Reasonable Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from misuse, modification, failure to follow instructions, use beyond verified specifications, incompatible equipment, or conditions outside reasonable control. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, Severability, and Contact
